Mixing principle:
The mixer utilizes a multi-dimensional mixing method. The mixer body is tilted, with the mixing rotor eccentrically positioned within the mixing drum. The drum rotates, conveying the material toward the high-speed rotating rotor. Side scrapers are installed within the mixer to remove material from the drum wall while simultaneously channeling it, turning the material for macro-mixing and pushing it toward the mixing rotor. Furthermore, the tilted installation of the rotating mixing drum creates a strong vertical component of the mixture flow at its highest point, dispersing the material into the mixing rotor area, where it stirs the circulating material flow. By combining multiple mixing methods, a velocity differential is created within the complex flow of the mixture, achieving fine-grained mixing of the materials.

The wear-resistant liners on the mixer drum wall/bottom are individually removable and replaceable, and the mixing rotor blades are separated from the rotating shaft for easy replacement.
4. Diverse drive options: The mixer's power requirements, speed, and energy transmission method can be selected according to the preparation task. A variety of drive options are available:
① The main mixing rotor is driven by a standard variable frequency motor and V-belt;
② The main mixing rotor is driven by a standard variable frequency motor and gearbox;
③ The main mixing rotor is driven by a high-torque, low-speed permanent magnet motor. 5. Fast unloading, shortening mixing time: The unloading port is located in the center of the mixing drum bottom and is hydraulically driven. At the end of the mixing cycle, scrapers on the sidewalls and bottom move any remaining material on the bottom and edges of the mixing drum to the center area, facilitating quick discharge.
6. Convenient operation and high degree of automation: PLC-controlled, it communicates with the production line for automatic feeding and discharging, and the mixing time can be adjusted online. Material level monitoring is provided by a level meter and weighing sensor. A lubrication system automatically replenishes lubrication to mechanical components according to the set lubrication time, and a hydraulic unloading system ensures automatic unloading. The system also features interlocking functions such as speed monitoring and door opening interlock.
