Application Fields
The indirect coal-fired hot blast stove is a universal hot air device, matched with various material drying equipment. It is widely used for heating and dehumidification of agricultural products, food, pharmaceuticals and chemical raw materials, such as grain, seeds, feed, fruits, dehydrated vegetables, mushrooms, fungus, tremella, tea and tobacco leaves.
It is also applicable to heating of various facilities and warehouse dehumidification in light and heavy industries.
Performance Characteristics
- The hot air is clean and pollution-free.
- Fast temperature rise, stable hot air temperature and low maintenance cost.
- Adopts a reasonable stroke design for flue gas and air. The heat exchange adopts counter-flow mode: flue gas flows outside the pipes while air flows inside, which greatly enhances heat transfer efficiency.
- Thermal efficiency: ＞75%; hot air temperature stability: ±5℃.
- Wide range of optional fuels, including fuel oil, natural gas and pulverized coal.
- Simple operation and easy equipment maintenance.
